It was great to talk to Justin Clancy MP and Susan Carter MLC today.
We shared the TEDx Griffith story, the importance of supporting community growth & how we are focusing on sharing the voices of the Riverina at our event on the 29th of August.

A dynamic thriving community where young people are not lost to the churn to the capitals and bigger cities - Griffith Women in Business are not just switched on in this space, they are actively driving local opportunities and preparing to host an upcoming TEDx series in Griffith.

MARIAN CATHOLIC COLLEGE TO HOST TEDx Griffith

We are pleased to announce that Marian Catholic College Griffith will host the first ever TEDx event in our town at their excellent 120-seat theatre on Thursday 29 August 2024.

The school has long been known for its innovation, so we thought it would be a perfect venue for an "ideas worth sharing" forum.

What's more, Marian students may be involved in the organisation and catering of this event.

A big thank you to the dynamic principal Dr Penny Ludicke for accepting our offer and staff Helen Brill, Francine Dilorenzo and all those who have helped make this happen.

Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for speakers will be launched within the next two weeks, with preference given to local voices. Please spread the word and keep an eye on this page.
