Last night Alexandra House was ROCKED by our first Rockfest Trivia Night. 🎸🤘🏻🎶😎🎤🔊

Thank you to so many people for helping pull off such an amazing debut event, special guests and music royalty Adrian Calvano and Gabby Steel - Gabby Steel Music, drummer extroadinnaire and man of many talents - Roger Kennett, Dave Martin Music, DNT Alexandra House Sports Club Great Western Pizza Your Regional Butcher the bar staff, our awesome and multi-talented Committee who adjudicated/sold raffle tickets and much more, the AMAZING Rock 🤘🏻🎸MC Liz, and most of all the supporters that came and played an awesome few rounds of Rock Trivia!

Apologies if I’ve missed anyone, it takes so many awesome people to pull off such a successful night!

Here’s a short clip from last night’s event, DNT & Roger Kennett - Drummer Extroadinnaire (and man of many talents) performing their cover of AC/DC’s rock anthem ‘Long Way to the Top’ (If you wanna sausage roll).

Rockfest set for November 30, 2024

THE new Hamilton Rockfest date has been announced for November 30, 2024 after it was postponed in October due to circumstances beyond the committee’s control.

Dear Kind Supporters of Hamilton Rockfest,
The Hamilton Rockfest Committee, would sincerely like to thank everyone for their generous support with Hamilton Rockfest 2023. With less than two months to go, we have made the hard decision to postpone the event due to circumstances beyond our control. Hamilton Rockfest 2024 will be bigger and better as it will give us more access to future available grants, and source a major, well-known headline act. Our weekly fundraising and upcoming raffles will also continue to raise money for the 2024 event.
We have recently consulted with the community as to what changes would encourage them to attend the festival and we have taken their suggestions into consideration and incorporated them into the 2024 plan. An outline of the plan has been completed and we will post it here soon!
This decision needed to be made now as deposits for the event needed to be paid in the next 2 weeks. These deposits were for essentials such as security, all abilities access toilets, staging and sound, bands, solo artists and airfares. We also needed to give as much notice as possible to all parties.
Our 2024 date will be advised as soon as Western Speedway announce their 2024 timetable. Current ticket holders will be reimbursed through Eventbrite. You guys and gals absoloutely ROCK for supporting this years event and we hope you aren't too inconvenienced and that you will attend Hamilton Rockfest 2024!
We would greatly appreciate it if the prizes from the generous businesses tagged would still be able to be raffled off this year so the funds to be put into our Hamilton Rockfest Incorporated account for next years fundraising and used for our 2024 event :)
Thanks so much to all those who have supported us, here's to a Improved Event Experience for Hamilton Rockfest 2024!
