Georgina Papastamatis joins us this weekend for a series of Greek cooking demonstrations!
Georgina's passion for food started from a very young age - growing up around her mother, grandmother and aunts who used food to bring people together. She taught Greek cookery through Adult Education for over 20 years and has been actively seen at food markets and catering Greek cuisine.
12:30pm - Starters - Tzatziki (Cucumber & Yoghurt Dip), Dako (Cretan Rusk Salad) and Saganaki (Greek Fried Cheese)
1:30pm - Vegetarian - Kayanas me Feta (Greek fried eggs in tomato) and Koukia me Aginares (Broad/Fava beans with artichokes)
2:30pm - Meat - Kokinisti Kota me Patates (Tomato, Chicken and Potato Casserole) and Lemonato Hirino (Pork with Lemon and Oregano)
3:30pm - Greek Coffee Lovers - Freddo Cappuccino/Espresso, Traditional Greek Coffee and Frappe
