Bit of a different show this week as Ev and I dust off Heart of the Pit and bring it back as a regular series. The plan is to showcase an album or two each month from the 90s & 00s when we were both doing our time in the scene.
This month we spin in full Greetings and Salutations from the mighty FRANKENBOK a band that we both have so many fond memories seeing live.
Don't mind the audio, we even dusted off the old gear in the original Chaos Cave for this one.

Growing up in the era of the late 90's early 00's certainly has flavoured my taste in heavy music. It's no secret I'm a bit of a and that's probably why. It's clear all these influences are coming together in tunes coming out in many of the new bands today and tonight I'm leaning into it. Whether they call themselves , , or just it doesn't matter cause the bands and tunes I'm lining up go off.

Thanks to for making this happen and hooking up interviews with and (thanks for putting up with my ramblings boys).
I was so pumped for this show and it didn't disappoint. were unreal and I look forward to watching them develop (reach out boys and come join me on the show), did AbSec like things and brang it hard as always (good luck on the mainland lads) and finally seeing and was simply phenomenal (don't be strangers boys to the little island - you're hanging on the show next visit).

So, I've just been made aware of these little gems.
Ben is not only a friend of the show but a good friend of mine. He is 100% NOT against Black Metal, or any extreme music for that matter, he is against the N**i bands and the N**i ideology.
