Going to have a go at making a healthy elixir from the leftover Ginger peel..garlic cloves..lemons..bay leaves..rosemary sprigs..water and honey.
Trying to eliminate waste from my kitchen and use as much as I can from the locally sourced fresh produce I am finding.
Ginger courtesy of Dean and Kaitlyn who have a place just out of Gympie..the Ginger was so fresh, aromatic and huge.
I have kept a few rhizomes to plant myself ..hopefully have my own crop next year😊

4 kgs of locally sourced Ginger.. going to be busy peeling this tonight..then going into the pot to make delicious Ginger chunks in vanilla bean syrup🫚🧉yum!

We are currently operating out of a local Council approved kitchen until our own commercial kitchen has been given full Council approval.
Until then we are not able to offer a full service .
We will keep you updated when this happens.
