Well anyways hey my dudes, I'm Sarah, and I'm a flower lovin' gal 🖤

Here is a bit about me ⬇️

Fave flower: Hydrangea
Music: Metalcore
Fave colour: Green & Black
Animals: 2x Cats & 2x Doggos
Fave movie: The Rocky Horror Picture Show

I started Floristry 10 years ago. It started out just as work experience until I was asked to go back later on in the year. It was then that my existing love for nature turned into something else entirely - a borderline obsession of flowers.
Honestly, for a while there, completing my Cert 3, I was kind of thinking, 'Is this really for me?' Like there were a lot of 'rules' of the trade.. so I thought 😂 One day I remember my then boss ( ) said, "There are no rules." That was a lightbulb moment for me, and it changed everything. I could create the weird, less structured things my brain wanted and beyond. No rules suited me in true Sarah fashion 💃

Fast forward a couple of years, I moved from my home-ish town of Charters Towers to Forrest Beach. A new beginning. Old style retail floristry just wasn't for me anymore. I was encouraged by everyone around me to start my own business, so that was the start of To Die For Flora.

This year, I'll be pouring more of my heart and time into flowers. I have more availability, and I'm ready 💃💃

I had the honour of being their florist. Megan placed complete trust in me, and it was a pleasure to bring her vision to life 🧚‍♀️💐

I must admit, I probably almost share the same level of excitement as the brides waiting for their photos. Believe me when I say that I love their wedding just as much as they do. Witnessing your special day come to life with the floral arrangements I've created is an indescribable feeling.

The luxurious, premium flowers came together beautifully in abundance, but it was the Australian garden roses that took centre stage, capturing attention with their soft and delicate appearance, accented by a burst of vibrant colour.

As a florist, nothing makes me happier than seeing the flowers come together and compliment the occasion perfectly ✨️
