My pricing and menu is Full BBQ experience of $35 per person for 12 hour low and slow Beef Brisket, 12 hour low and slow Pulled Pork, Pork belly burnt ends, chicken wings/drumettes, cheese krankys, bread rolls and coleslaw. Or $30 per person for Pork belly burnt ends, Sliced chicken breast, chicken wings/drumettes, cheese krankys, BBQ dim sims, bread rolls and coleslaw. I can come cook on site if

there is enough room or I can bring it already cooked and set-up and serve buffet style. Regards,

Big thanks to Hannah for having us cater your husband Adam's 40th birthday party yesterday. It was a great day and a pleasure to cook for friends and family.
It was so nice hearing all the good feedback about our style of BBQ and how much everyone loved eating it. Really makes the effort and hardwork that put it cooking worthwhile when you see how happy our BBQ makes people.

Yesterday we had the pleasure to cater for Siobhan's 21st birthday. Such an amazing family making us feel so welcomed.

Menu for the night was a special request of Brisket, pork belly, beef ribs, pulled lamb, chicken wings and smoked salmon. Meat came out great and was good to see everyone enjoying our style of BBQ.

Was a good day despite the heat which didn't dampen anyone's spirit.
