It's a super day for face painting....
Off to Sacred Heart School Community fete...
The line was long long long
But insmashed out some tigers, dragons, alot of spidermans,and unicorns and butterflies...
Weirdest requests a butterfly with fairy floss wings, and a under the sea dog
Lol...gotta love kids imaginations xx

Another year round the sun for Birthday girl Bella...the theme this year was minions...however from about the 30 plus children, I painted only 2 with the theme lol...
Today was puppies, tigers, and leopards , with the odd ask of a sloth, a banana, koala, cinnamon roll from hello kitty, and motorbike tracks ...
Oh and I painted a little one a lion, he came back "can I please have a lion and a button on my arm"
Me???
So when I press the button, I turn into a lion "
Bless their imaginations lol xx

So in Sept 22 I moved back to my home town Glenore Grove
I decided to rebrand in July 23...
Move away from the "dark Wonderland "
Incorperate colour..
I Had some cartoons of me done, started revising our costumes...

But in Oct 23 my partner moved in and my office/craft /sewing /creative room filled with stuff...all came to a halt...

We have now cleared clutter
Rebrand back on track
So if you see us Wonderland girls around now..we are going a bit more casual,
We may still bring the 1900s bustle skirts out on occasions
And madelyn is still available to 😊

Today was Melbourne Cup
I worked my day job at the Karalee Tavern
What an amazing day
I myself don't bet, but
Busiest I've seen it in years
The Cup luncheon was full
The beer garden was full
The sports bar full
The atmosphere was amazing
The people looked great and it all added to make it a awesome day.
Pics are of the balloons I did for decos, to match in with Nathan (our new venue manager) table decos (I'm not a balloon expert, but did my best)

So I would like to Thank everyone who has hired Wonderland Entertainment - Colleen Jull this year, PLUS the people who share and "like" our posts, our art and all the people who recommend us.
We wouldn't have so many fun gigs without you all..
And a big thanks to my sidekick Madelyn Brown for another year painting for Wonderland...

Our Story

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to pop by Wonderland. My name is Colleen & I started my face painting journey in 2013, painting for my daughters birthday. A few months later, I relaised it was something that I loved & wanted to better myself at, so I started a small business then called Jullybean Face painting.

I did many workshops to better myself, & trained 2 others - one who now has her own face paint business. Although the 2 staff I trained have since moved on, I know have Madelyn Brown as my sidekick, & we offer - Face Painting, Glitter Tattoos, Prenatal Art, Airbrush Tattoos, Basic Balloon Twisting, costume dressup, adult art & a “Back to Basics” Learn to Face Paint work shop. It was then I decided to upgrade the name to WONDERLAND ENTERTAINMENT!

So here we are today :)

We are available for any occasions, private or public, large or small, We are insured, & only use the highest quality FDA approved paints & cosmetic glitters safe for the skin. Our rates are competitive with other “professional Painters” in Ipswich & our quality goes above & beyond. We are based in Ipswich & happy to travel. We love what we do, & we love putting smiles on peoples faces...nothing makes us more happy when we over hear parents say “OMG Ive never seen painting like this, & so fast” We love positive feedback.. & Madelyn & I will do our best to make your event a great one.
