Greyleigh shines during the winter months as the feature fireplaces in our accommodation and event spaces create warm and cosy retreats. We love how the cooler months lend themselves to heartier menu choices – roasted meats with root vegetables from the market gardens, soups, stews and puddings.

Our gardens showcase different colours each season with winter featuring the yellow and orange blooms of the aloe vera as well as and the crimson flowers of the Gymea Lily. The citrus trees are heavy with the fruit destined for our “Orchard Marmalade” and the spring lambs are just around the corner.
