A year ago, Mat and Jess made promises to each other to join their lives in marriage.

Today, they renewed their vows under the magnolia tree in St David's park. In a deeply personal and heartfelt ceremony, they reflected on the year that was, drew strength from their achievements and held each other close as they promised once again, to be committed to each other forever.

Congratulations, I wish you many, many years of love ahead.

Before he died we sat together and I listened to his story.

Today he speaks through me to his family and friends.
