Sharing the listing of my parents estate property in Beaumaris, Tasmania. They bought this place in about 1980 as a weekend getaway (away from me 😄) and eventually moved down there full time as soon as I turned 18. Stunning views (best whale watching ever!), short stroll to one of my most favourite beaches in the world and endless hills of Tassie forest behind. Beaumaris is such a special place, its a quiet, peaceful and supportive community with a pub, a community space, great surfing and fishing, access to mountain biking tracks, a letterbox and kilometers of gorgeous beach. There is a block next door that we are selling separately which has Dads shed on it, a great investment opportunity.

Mid winter in Tasmania, used to be a quiet hibernatey time to restore and reflect. Not any more!! This weekend I am a starting with a Freycinet Wedding on Friday, a secret elopement on a beach deep on the east coast on Saturday then finishing with another elopement on Sunday back up near Coles Bay!! Never in my 15 years as a Celebrant have I done this mid winter in Tasmania! Noosa, yes but not Tassie 🙏🏾
