Gnocchilious by Antonio Sabia is a fresh and exciting concept, born from the culinary vision of Chef Antonio, who established Puntino on Woolloomooloo’s Crown Street in 2000. Our commercial kitchen in Rhodes is where we handcraft every dish with love and care.

We are a small, family-run business, led by Antonio, Clementina, and Nonna Francesca, who uses traditional family recipes, with modern twists like gluten-free, organic, and vegan options. Many of our ingredients are homegrown by Nonno Vito in our family garden, ensuring the freshest quality.

We take pride in offering preservative-free, additive-free, and sugar-free meals, packaged with care to maintain a long shelf life through vacuum sealing. All our products are made fresh, but they’re just as delicious when frozen for later!

Well Facebook family I have some big news. As many of you know over the last few years in between tours I have worked with Antonio Sabia with his company Puntino Catering on big catering projects across Sydney. Well we have now taken over the catering for the newly renovated function rooms at Club Five Dock RSL - so you will find us there permanently from mid June. Super excited and I look forward to seeing many of you there. I’ll update you with more details very soon!!!
