Australia's Biggest Morning Tea Event at the Marnoo Hub from 5pm, bar snacks and nibbles, come along for a cool drink and make a donation to help fight cancer

Capsicum Dip
1 packet of cream cheese
2 tablespoons of sour cream
Zest the rind of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
Blend in the food processor

Topping
2small cans of capsicum
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
2 cloves of garlic crushed
Simmer on very low until caramelised with only a little liquid left, allow to cool.
Spoon the capsicum over the cream cheese mixture, chill and serve.
