Any green chilli lovers?
This is a mild version of my hot sauce but still got the kick to it.
Has all the fermented onion, garlic, chilli and peppercorn flavours.
No added preservative or food colouring
All chillies are homegrown and organic
Pairing suggestions: Paneer pakora or any pakora, chowmein, fried food.
10$ per bottle, approximately 170 grams each
Completely halal, no added gluten and vegan

It’s been fermenting for 2 months and now it’s ready!
I hope you guys will enjoy it as much as I’ve enjoyed making it.
I was literally tearing up, had stomach pain and capsaicin burn all over my hand and elbows for hours but finally finished it.
Also introducing the mini hot sauce bottle!
I came up with this mini size bottle so that I can carry it with me while I’m on the plane travelling 😂.
If you travel a lot like me and feels the food in the air is bland….. a splash of this will change the course of flavours mid flight.
1 bottle (170 grams)for 13$ or 2 for 25$
(Apologies for the price increase, everything just got more expensive and I’m just trying to cope with it)
Mini bottle is 5$ (30ml bottle)
(It’s literally for convenience while travelling )

I (brine) ferment the ripe chillies with garlic,onion and 4 types of peppercorns in a glass jars with a splash of vodka (or whatever alcohol I have) over 15 days
Strain and blend till smooth
Cook with grape seed (neutral) oil to to maximise the hotness
Blend again till smooth and bottle them.

CAUTION ⚠️ NOT FOR THE WEAK ⚠️
Stomach ache and 🍑🔥 guaranteed in a good way.

Produced in a small batch 1.5L a month (about 10 bottles)
