Good afternoon y’all. Big Dog here with some sad news. Due to moving our operations to a new location(still in Gympie though), we have decided to take a small break from our Thursday night services. We will not be back to our usual Thursday nights until the 3rd of August 2023. We are still accepting catering jobs in that time if anyone needs some good tucker at a reasonable price for their next party. Very sorry for the inconvenience everyone but rest assured we will be back at on Thursday nights starting from the 3rd of August. Thank you so much everyone for the love and support. We appreciate your understanding.

Big Dog BBQ here to let y’all know we will be back at Mitchell’s Fruit and Veg Shop(33 Graham Street 4570)tomorrow night the 9th of February 2023. We will be set up from 4pm to 8pm. We hope y’all can join us for some Smokey meat treats and soulful sides, and as always, thanks for the love and support Gympie. 😊

SMOKED BBQ MENU

MEATS- beef brisket, pulled pork, chicken wings, cheese kransky, jalapeño cheddar kransky, pork belly, lamb leg, and brisket burnt ends (when available)
SIDES- mama’s potato salad, vinegar coleslaw, bbq baked beans, Mac and cheese, Muddy Mac, and hot chips tossed in our house rub
SAUCES- spicy Texas style BBQ, sweet Memphis style BBQ, and tangy honey mustard

PLATES

SMALL- 1 meat and 1 side option
MEDIUM- 2 meats and 1 side option
LARGE- 3 meats and 1 side option

Filled with choice of meat, sauce, and topped with our crunchy vinegar slaw
