Dear my wonderful clients, I am sad to announce today that I will be needing to make pre-payments on invoices mandatory. I have been really understanding with family cashflow and cost of living stressors this year, and found that most clients that have left thier deposits late are still good clients who I’m truly happy to work for.

However today the trust was broken, with a client who booked and never showed up at the venue.
They never contacted me to cancel, and when I contacted them to confirm that I was indeed at the right location, they explained it was a canceled event and they also said it was ‘my headache’ and ‘my problem’ that I attended the venue as booked.
Unfortunately I had lots of demand for that time slot, and have turned down other clients keen to book it.
This client is now refusing to accept responsibility pay the invoice.

So with a heavy heart I must let you all know that being a small business, this kind of behaviour can be extremely impactful, and I will be approaching you all individually if a payment is still waiting.

Please don’t take it personally. Unfortunately there is a small percentage of customers that ruin it for everyone.

We Turn one year old! year of business!

Some extra information for our Christmas family fun day THIS SATURDAY!

It's going to be a hot one 🥵, but we've got air conditioning in every room and Santa will have frozen treats to cool everyone down from 2-4pm, or beat the heat by coming early for face painting from the amazing Kat’s Facepaint between 10:30-12:30!

Decorate a Crumb Together gingerbread man (in gingerbread or vanilla cookie flavours) all day (while cookies last!) & Christmas crafts all day! All activities are free so you can save your dollars to help support small businesses this Christmas.
