My express mini picnic 🧺 a must have for a stunning beautiful sunny day. Super yum and fresh. My signature finger Sanga, egg rolls in smoked ham and cheese and to finish a mini platter. Life is simple and all that matters are these happy moments 💕.

A simple menu of
Carrot fruit and nut cake and I sneaked in some roasted coconut. 🥥
Butter mushroom chicken bake
Eggplant and ricotta in sago
Moroccon style Root veg warm couscous salad
My signature potato mash. Bread and a simple plate of fruit nuts cheese and home made berry sauce is a beautiful combo with Brie
Add fresh beetroot feta dip which is always loved by all 🤗
Super love ❤️ simple small festive menu, made with no fuss dishes that is a party pleaser always 😁

For a talented guy who loves macadamia, praline, shells filled with notes of caramel, nut praline, wants a perfect snap of chocolate but likes a simple vanilla sponge but a layer of dark decadent chocolate coating it all 🍫. So we hit the brief 😅 only when you love what you do so much. 🥰🍫🥂 for a very special guy only deserves a very special cake 🍰
