March 2020, Melbourne meat stock was cancelled due to Rona, but we were blessed in the lead up to have had the big man, visit us and cook for our whānau(family) before he had to set off for the US.
He started the fire in our minds that is now Iron Hart.
Based in Point Cook, we will soon be providing our quality slow smoked meats for you Melbourne.
