… Once upon a time, on a cold and rainy Sunday, Little Cobar went to the Open Day of Caroline Chisholm Catholic College and served a staggering amount of Hot Chocolates to all attendees to warm their hands… while working in tandem with , who served drinks at the senior campus. All customers enjoyed their drinks and lived happily ever after. The End 😊.

A little over 3 years ago… I started a little venture - a Mama’s dream to serve delicious coffee in places where there was none. I received my council approval the same week as Melbourne’s first lockdown… I stumbled into the unknown! I told myself I would commit to this venture for a minimum of 2 years, so see where it would lead… well here I am 🤓… 3 years on and with some news to share in the coming weeks… stay tuned ✌️

Here are some snapshots of the awesome “celebrating Holden” event held yesterday at Fisherman’s bend. With the hot weather (where did it go? 🤷🏽‍♀️) we had a fantastic turnout and some other awesome food trucks and beverage carts serving up their best. Favourite drink of the day at Little Cobar was the iced latte - always a crowd pleaser on a hot day!

Events and their quirks… 😆 Flexibility is the solution to avoid an event disaster. Even though we were ready for our customers, Melbourne’s weather and our coffee machine had other ideas. Luckily we were able to use an indoor location that had a fully equipped café 😮‍💨! Within 15 minutes we were ready to go, and the 300 participants were happy, as the caffeine kept flowing ☺️. Thank you to our hosts who were absolutely fantastic in accommodating our needs.
