सिड्नी पछि नेपथ्यको यात्रा ‘भिक्टोरिया’ राज्यतर्फको हुनेछ । उक्त राज्यको राजधानी मेलबर्नमा ब्याण्डले १३ फेब्रुअरी सोमबारका दिन आफूलाई प्रस्तुत गर्नेछ । कन्सर्टका लागि त्यहाँस्थित ‘फोरम मेलबर्न’ हलको छनौट गरिएको छ । सो हल मेलबर्नकै केन्द्र मानिने फ्लिन्डर्स रेलवे स्टेशन नजिकै रहेको छ ।

दुखद् संयोग: १६ वर्षअघि अर्थात ७ असार २०६३ मा यती एयरलाइन्सकै विमान दुर्घटनामा परी उनका श्रीमान् दीपक पोखरेलको मृत्यु भएको थियो । अहिले आफू पनि को-पाइलट भएर यतीकै विमान उडाइरहेका बेला दुर्घटनामा परी अञ्जु पनि बितिन् ।😥

उनी आजको उडानबाट क्याप्टेनको प्रमाणपत्र पाउँदै थिइन् ।

नेपाली कलासंस्क्रीतीलाई पनि बिदेशी भुमीमा निरन्तरता दिन हामीले Hulya Events नामक Events कम्पनी Australia मा Register गर्यौ ।र Register गरे लगत्तै नेपालको एक established Bands का ManagementTeam र हाम्रौ Team द्रारा सोही Band को Australia Tour गराऊने प्रस्ताब आए लगत्तै हामी अस्ट्रेलियाको Visa,Law, Events हेर्ने सबै Lawer हरुसंग राम्ररी कुरा बुझी हामी हरेक रातदिन Australia को Tour Sucess गराऊने कुरामा ब्यस्त हुदाहुदै Hulya Events Australia का Board of Director Bigyan Karki र Anupratha को Organising कम्पनी YWS का Manager तथा Anuprstha को Band Manager Diwas Agasthi बिच कुरा भए लगत्तै nepal मा रहेका cancer Patient हरुलाई धेरै सहयोग गर्दै आईरहेको र सोही cancer पिडीतहरुको जीबन रक्षाको लागी Anuprastha band ko World Tour गराई Donation ऊठाई थोरै भएपनी सहयोग गर्न अस्ट्रेलियाको हाम्रो कम्पनी Hulya Events माध्यम बनि agreement sign गर्ने निधो गरियो तर Band का Manager Diwas Agasthi ,Bessist Laxman Dangol,Drummer Manjil Raj Shrestha को Australia को visa reject भए लगत्तै Band का Manager Diwas Awasthi हामी Hulya Eventsका Team बिच कम सम्पर्कमा आऊनुभयो र 3 जनाको Visaरद्द भए लगत्तै Concert Australia मा गर्न नसक्ने कुरा Anuprastha का Manager..लाई बार्रम्बार भन्दा पनी Australia को पुरै State मा गर्न नसक्ने कुरा बताए पनि Anuprastha का Band Team र Manager Abasthi द्वारा Australia Tour सबै स्टेटमा गर्न नसके केही छैन एऊटा स्टेटमा भए पनी Program गराऊनु पर्ने किनकी सबै Program Announce भईसकेको र जसले गर्दा Anuprstha का सबै Australia का फ्यानबीचमा पर्न जाने असरको कारणले गर्दा हामी पनी program गर्न agree भयौ ।

हामी 19/11/2022 को दिन बिहानै हाम्रो team airport pick गर्न पुग्यौ र Breakfast बाटोमै गराई Melbourne को …ठाऊमा Airbnb बाट VIP room book गराई ऊहाहरुलाई राख्यौ ।
Ticket कम बिकेकै कारण 21 Nov मा 170 russel street मा free entry गर्ने निधो दुबै पक्ष बिचले गर्यौ ।अब हाम्रो Agreement मा program गर्ने र सबै खर्च कटाएर 85% band le नेपाल लिएर जाने र Cancer पिडीतलाई सहयोग गर्ने तथा बाकी बचेको 15% Hulya Events ले राख्ने र घाटा लागेपनी दुबै पक्षले बेहोर्ने कुरा agreement अनुसार नै थियो र Melbourne को ऊठेको Donation र लागेको खर्च तल राखेका छौ ।

एऊटा Show गर्ने भनेर Australia आएता पनी हामीले हाम्रो समय र दक्षताले भ्याएसम्म Perth र Melbourne गरी 2 वटा Show गरायौ ।तर सो Nov,Dec महिनामा धेरै Events हरु भएका कारण र Band member का ३ जनाको Visa नआएको साथै बाकी कलाकारको समेत समयमा visa नदिएका कारण २ वटा (Adeliade，Sydney）Show स्थगित गर्नुपर्र्यो तर Tasmania को show Anuprastha band नेपाल हुदा नै अबगत गराईएकै थियो तर Band ले Contract अनुसार 5 वटा Show हुनुपर्ने र नभएको खण्डमा बाकी ३ वटा Show को $5000 का दरले $15000 क्षतिपुर्ती माग गर्नुभयो तर Contract मा Artist ले fee Charge नगर्ने र Show रद्द भएको खण्डमा आपसी सम्झौतामा खर्च क्षतिपुर्ती दिने ऊल्लेख हुदाहुदै पनि Anuprstha band ले हामी Events company घाटामै गएपनी loan नै खोजेर भएपनी तिर्नलाई दबाब दिनुभयो। हामी घाटामै गएपनी कलाकारको ईज्जत राख्न र जीबनसंग संघर्स गरिरहेका ती नेपालमा रहेका Cancer पिडितहरुलाई Anuprastha foundation through band ले सहयोग गर्छ नै भनेर हामीले क्षतिपुर्ती स्वरुप Australian Lawyer संग सल्लाह गर्दा दीनु नपर्ने सल्लाह दिएता पनी हामीले Anuprstha foundation लाई रकम गोजीबाट बुझायौ ।
र हामीले रकम बुझाईसकेपछी पनी Australia को City Sydney मा हामीसॅग जबरजस्ती Letter लेख्न लगाएर आफ्नो मन खुसीले nepalese resturant मा गएर सो गराऊनुभयो जुनमा हामी चुप लागेर बसिराखेका नै थियौ र ऊहाहरुले गास बास कपास हामीले राती १-२ बजे सम्म आईरहने कलको response गर्दै दिराख्यौ जसको सबै Proof Attach गरेका छौ र अब Visa को सन्दर्भमा Australian rule regulation अनुसार कती कुरा ऊहाहरुले जसरी लेख्न बोल्न नमिल्ने हुनाले यहा लेख्न असमर्थ छौ तर Anuprstha का Team को visa कीन नलागेको कुरा हामी दीन्छौ भनेकै छौ ।।
Australia आऊनको लागी जुन मानब तस्करी गरेको आरोप Hulya Events लाई आईरहेको छ ,हामी यती भन्न सक्छै की यहाहरुलाई कुनै पनी मान्छे Anuprastha को Band संग मीलेर अस्ट्रेलिया छिरेको छ जस्तो लाग्छ भने अस्ट्रेलिया को immigration देखी जहाकही बुझ्दा हुन्छ !!
