We are currently seeking an Events Operations & Administration Coordinator to join our Melbourne team.
• If you have a knack for organization, we want to hear from you!
• If you can juggle multiple tasks with a high level of attention to detail, we want to hear from you!
• If you can problem solve & keep a level head when coordinating stock for 50+ event hires a week, we want to hear from you!
• If you don’t think working in the events industry is sipping champagne at the races but actually hard & dirty work (but fun!), we want to hear from you!
• This role will oversee external laundry turnovers, sorting/processing/logistics management of inventory, and ensure that all laundry and linen services are delivered to the highest standards of quality.
• Assist with reception phones & email enquiries as back up to sales team.
• Communicate with event venues & clients to coordinate setup instructions, deliveries, pickups & final payments.
• Work across all three internal businesses/ branches to ensure all orders are able to be fulfilled accordingly;
