Our first ever corporate platter workshop 🥳
Last week we hosted a version of our sell out Platter n Sip workshops for Coles !!!!
With a group of product developers from Coles Own Brand, I demonstrated how to create aesthetically pleasing & yummy entertaining platters, dessert boards and a centre of plate using all Coles products! Then I showed them the tips & tricks to create the signature Platter&Boe Cheese Board ✨ AND they got to make their own mini boards to take home 👏👏👏

This week is National Week of Deaf People 🤟🏼 Most of you probably don’t know that my older brother Maximillian is profoundly deaf.
