My family hired Bazils catering for my engagement party. Our guests, and myself, all commented on how great the food was, it was delicious! Although everyone had several pieces there was still food leftover. You definitely get your money's worth :) my family was so happy with the great food and friendly service, they then hired Bazils catering and their additional staff for bar service for my grandfathers 80th birthday/ family reunion and my brothers 30th. I was planning my 50thWedding Anniversary at my home and was at a loss to find a good caterer who would be willing to come to the house. I was recommended to ring Rosie by a friend. Rosie came to my home and I could not believe the wonderful menu she offered. We had over 80 guests, all with various taste and from the menu we found finger food that would cater for all taste. On the day Rosie and her team came and hour before our Guests and took over the kitchen. Our guests were in the entertainment area and garden and the food just kept coming. Every one of my guest remarked on the quality and variety of the food and I had to ask Rosie for some cards to pass onto my guests. The kitchen was left immaculate and clean when Rosie went home. Hi Rosie, just a quick note to thank you so much for Saturday, the family hasn't stopped raving about it, the lunch was really lovely everyone was very impressed and thanks for cleaning up as well, it made it very easy for me, we had very little to do after you left which was great, Lisa my sister in law made the comment that you wouldn't think we had 50 plus people for lunch, so you could be seeing us all again next year, it is in Warragul next year, it would be good though, have passed your name around at work so you might have some more visits to Bittern. We were overwhelmed by the professionalism of you and your staff, the taste and presentation of the food and the amount of it! There were several plates left over for guests to nibble on well into the night, much more food than we expected! Many guests have taken your business card, and can't stop raving about your service.
