Liz smashed into the new year with her piñata birthday cake. Filled with her favourite Cadbury chocolate mix and a moreishly delicious gluten-free Mississippi mudcake filled with my signature Italian meringue buttercream; it had the attention of the whole restaurant diners. The brief was simply Liz’s favourite colours and a pinata cake; I love letting creative juices flow and the chocolate & buttercream decide what it wants to be. Princess Gabriella is 1 👑 I was delighted when Aaron from requested for me to create a stunning cake for his daughter Gabriella’s first birthday. Featuring a two-tier caramel cake with two dimensions to it. The bottom tier a caramel mud cake filled my signature buttercream and the top tier a moist vanilla bean sponge filled with caramel and IMBC. Covered in perfectly piped rosettes, a gorgeous crown for the birthday girl. I hope it was enjoyed by all. Thank you for choosing me to create this special memory for you. 🫶🏼

Toni is one of my favourite clients - giving me a base to start with and then creative freedom to take it to the next level. Sai requested a simple yet elegant set of cupcakes for her sister-in-laws sweet 16. Just look at those gorgeous gold ripples of the .cakes cupcake liners and the .sprinkled sprinkles. 🐝 Happy 1st Bee Day Maeve - This cake stood 47cm tall with no box tall enough to place it in. So, I gift wrapped it for Alex. A strawberries and cream cake filled my signature IMBC coloured yellow; not only a visual stunner but so tasty too. Hand made honey bees and a beehive sculpted by yours truely. Alex sent me the most beautiful photos of Maeve smashing her way through the beehive. Might I say, she’s so charismatic and beautiful. Too cute to boot. Hap-bee Birthday gorgeous! Custom cakes are my absolute favourite to create. Super Mum Mel asked for a cake that combined the elements that exude the charming man her husband is. I have to thank Kayla and Ella at Hallam who are amazing each and every time I need an edible image that’s a little different and last minute. Featuring a silhouettes of a beautiful couple embracing, a family together, “Legend since 1974” topper with his 2 favourite outdoor activities (thank you Sally for squeezing me in last minute) with the font printed from the 70’s. Lastly, the most important element; his guitar. A Washburn that is like no other, what a gorgeous instrument! Not only does this cake make a statement but tastes amazing - a White Chocolate Mud with raspberry coulis and my signature buttercream. Mel has good taste 🤤 thank you again for entrusting me to create this masterpiece for you. 🫶🏼

As the Netball season comes to a close at the Narre North Foxes Netball Club, it was only fitting to create some cupcakes for the U11 Blaze team for their end of year pool party. Moreish Cakes foil cuppies are the only cupcake liners I use as they just elevate my cupcakes to the next level. Achieving such gorgeous colours using is such a breeze, especially using the right techniques. Featuring a moist, pillowy soft vanilla cupcake with my signature buttercream- it’s safe to say they were a hit.

Presenting a Mille-feuille filled with crème patisserie and chantilly cream adorned with the most exquisite flowers from . Kimberley requested a special vanilla slice inspired cake for her best friend’s Mum who is a lover of flowers and gardening. I also created a bunch of lemon meringue tarts but neglected to photograph their perfection. Feedback from Kimberley was that, they LOVED it and she couldn’t cut it fast enough 😂 I am so thankful for each of my clients entrusting me with these special moments and ways they show their love. A beautiful dozen cupcakes for Dũng’s dear friend. I was asked to make a special set of cupcakes and had to pull out all my favourite tips and tools to create this stunning set. I love the ruffles of .cakes cuppy liners especially for piped flowers. The gold is so elegant with this colour pallete. Lastly, .sprinkled butterflies just complete this set.
