Liz smashed into the new year with her piñata birthday cake. Filled with her favourite Cadbury chocolate mix and a moreishly delicious gluten-free Mississippi mudcake filled with my signature Italian meringue buttercream; it had the attention of the whole restaurant diners. The brief was simply Liz’s favourite colours and a pinata cake; I love letting creative juices flow and the chocolate & buttercream decide what it wants to be.
