This three-tier beauty was created to help Meaghan ring in her 40th birthday in true party style — and it’s one of our favorite designs yet!

With a dramatic black base, eye-catching neon pink drip, and a cascade of shimmering disco balls, this cake brought all the glitz and glam for an unforgettable milestone celebration. Every tier was crafted with love, intention, and just the right amount of sparkle to match Meaghan’s radiant energy.

🐻 Elodie is One 🐻 Jazz tasked me with the most special request to celebrate Elodie’s 1st trip around the sun, with this gorgeous fuchsia coloured stunner topped with a gorgeous little bear created by yours truely. A pillowy soft vanilla sponge filled with white chocolate hazelnut from my favourite toy store how can one go wrong. Black Angus Cake for a Special Dad
This one’s for Kirsten’s incredible Dad — a man whose life, land, and love of cattle inspired every detail of this cake.
Crafted in the image of a proud Black Angus, this cake is rich with personal touches:

His custom farm ear tag, just like the real ones
A replica of his front fence, weathered with love and time.
Flowers grown on his own farm, adding a touch of nature’s beauty
And of course, cowhide textures to tie it all together, representing the heart of his work and his world. Thank you for this very special cake topper that brings the whole thing together.

This 3-tier beauty was all about bringing joy and color—just like Tina herself!

Inside: soft, fluffy strawberries & cream cake, filled with layers of juicy strawberries and my signature silky-smooth Italian Meringue Buttercream (IMBC). Light, luscious, and just the right amount of sweet.

Outside: a rainbow cascade of color across all tiers, topped with adorable handmade umbrella toppers for that whimsical, rainy-day-chic vibe.

Belinda had a very specific request, to re-create a supermarket cake that her daughter had her mind set on, however; she’s gluten free. Who cares if you’ve got three dads if you’re getting a big, beautiful cake? 😂 Thank you Elaine for allowing me to create such a stunning cake and Happy 21st Birthday to your beautiful daughter. Featuring a moreish Mississippi chocolate mud cake filled with ganache and covered in lashings of my signature IMBC. Watching my Dad tiling gave be some inspiration for the tiling work 😂 All dainty features take time and patience and are made with love. WANTED: One Outlaw Baby named Jai — armed with a frosting-covered fist and zero remorse. Last seen ridin' a sugar high straight into nap time. 🤠🍰⁣

We went full Wild West for this shoot—tiny cowboy boots, a sheriff badge (which went straight into his mouth, naturally), hay bales, and enough Western props to open our own saloon daycare.

Highlights include: frosting in places frosting should never be, a cowboy hat that was worn for 2.4 seconds, and facial expressions that ranged from “yee” to “haw” to “WHAT IS THIS SWEET MAGIC?”⁣
