Down - Memory- Lane !

A cake creation with so many memories. A cake design I’ve never done before. The customer’s family home (where her parents lived & where she grew up) was finally sold.. She gave me few images of her family home and requested few details of that home to have on this cake , along with a reel of photos of her parents, herself & brother ! This was indeed a emotional one -

We had few flavours going on in this two tier cake.. Bottom tier was a vanilla cake with raspberry compote as filling & the top tier was layers of red velvet cake with mascarpone cream cheese filling . The entire cake was frosted in Swiss Meringue buttercream frosting.
