We’ve literally been in paradise for 65 days and we only have 7 more days (!!! wtf!!!!) to go until we arrive back to a Tasmanian winter… what a shock that is going to be!!!! These clips are the highlights of our beach time at Cinque Terra - Eden Bagno 🏝️

📍Cinque Terra, Vernazza - watching the sunset in this town is one of the most magical experiences ever!!! 🛏️ We stayed right in the township which was, as we expected, quite busy with tourists (like us! haha). However, as the swallows did their rounds around the harbour and the bells finished their chime, and all the people moved on, the town all of a sudden became still, quiet and surreal, just like a scene out of the movies... 🏝️ During the day we hiked to Monterosso al Mare, Fegina beach (at 8am!!!) to secure prime position at a beach club called Bagno Eden. Tip: set yourself up at a beach early and then you can use it as your base during the day to head somewhere in the township for lunch or to get some drinks at a bar - just leave your towels on the seats and it is yours until the club closes! Otherwise you can also eat and drink at the club with drinks starting from around €10. I think we paid around €50 for the lounge and umbrella for the whole day. 🍕 🍹 for dinner we ate at Ananasso Bar, Vernazza, they had really delicious pizza and cocktails. 🦞 for the second night we had dinner at La Torre restaurant which had breathtaking views, particularly of the sun setting. Destination - Amalfi Coast 📍 We hired a Vespa and spent three days travelling around the Amalfi Coast, each day checking out new places - video of those places to come! 🛵 What an absolute dream! After hearing about how overcrowded places were in Italy in the 2022 summer, I was a little bit nervous about travelling to the Amalfi Coast. Don’t get me wrong - were a lot of people - but it wasn’t as overwhelming or as difficult to move around as I thought it would be.. I would definitely recommend staying somewhere not as a busy (we stayed in Sorrento) and if you can, hire a scooter to get around from place to place. We also found some secluded little beach spots along the coast that we could easily stop for a swim. On our way down to the south of Italy… We flew ✈️ in to Catania yesterday and hired a car 🚙 as we make our way across Sicily to the island of Favignana.. We are loving the south, just as dreamy as the north 🤍🙏🏼🇮🇹
