Time for an update on the re-luanch of RoJoCo

Since my post about wanting workers the other week, which had an amazing response btw, with the help of the amazing Ms Bella Saw as my new operations manager, things have kicked off 3 times more and 5 times faster than I could ever have expected:
Next Tuesday I have 4 crews with 17 people, all up, in overlapping shifts! Next week I have 11 different jobs with a total of 38 individual shifts filled adding up to a total of about 350 man-hours!!! And that's without having ANYTHING at all booked from Thursday till the second week of august!
My team has already grown to over 35 people and we have around ten clients sending us labor requests!

Thankyou ever so kindly to everyone who's believed in and supported me to this point - in the near future I hope to achieve amazing things with the awesome team I'm building. WATCH......THIS......SPACE.....!!!! RoJoCo lives again!!!

Ok, so about time for an update: After a bit of a pause for pre winter tasks like cutting firewood and heaps of mowing - sooo much mowing! we've finally made a start on the lighting and electrics. The diagrams and conduit mapping was an absolute nightmare!! Getting some other small bits sorted and we scored a nice as second hand kitchen last week. (Don't worry: we're not using the classic 90's bench top!)😝😂

Update time! Hung some sliding doors and just some more framing done so far. About to start fitting all the wiring and plumbing now.

With the internal framing well underway it's time to start purchasing plumbing and electrics. Just made a $700 order for all the electrics.
