I’m so thrilled to have been a part of this event, we met some amazing people, thank you to every single one of you who bought an oyster and supported us today.

Shout out to Carlsberg Beach Club, this is THE COOLEST venue, so definitely get down there and enjoy a bevy on the beach! 🏖️ I promise you will be sad if you miss out.

What an exciting month February is proving to be!

❤️ With love in the air, the beautiful summer sun, we’re all getting out and about and enjoying this beautiful month!

❤️ Saturday we were at Hill and Ridge Market, it was a little quieter this month, compared to last month, as most of our wonderful holiday markers prepare to return to school and work.

🔥 Sunday was so hot, I made the difficult decision to not show up at Caulfield Racecourse. This isn’t easy as Caulfield Racecourse is an amazing venue and our wonderful customers are loyal and love grabbing some oysters to enjoy by the lake, however, as we know…no one likes a nasty oyster, and I would never risk that. We will see you next month! 🦪

🏖️ This weekend is super exciting, we have been invited to attend the Frankston Waterfront Festival!! And of course I said, YES!!
So Friday night 5pm - 10pm and Saturday 12pm - 10pm, with the fireworks on Saturday night! 🎉. Live music, rides, food, beachfront…see you there.

🧑‍🌾 Sunday we’re back at Bonbeach Market, best little farmers market in town!

❤️ Friday 14th, Lovers, you know oysters are an aphrodisiac, Soul Night Market Hastings is back at Westernport Foreshore, grab a 6 pack and other goodies available, head to the foreshore with your picnic blanket and swoon under the moon!

Follow up the romantic weekend with a walk through the stringy barks at Emu Plains Market on Sunday 15th.

Then on Saturday 22nd we will be giving Allure Twilight Market in Sandringham a run…so if you’re in the area, come down and say Hi!

With a little luck, hopefully we will be at Soul Night Market Sorrento on the 28th February, gorgeous venue….i will keep you updated.

Wowee!! What year was 2024! So many exciting and new things. Loads of learning and growing, not just within the business but personally.

So let’s jump into 2025, with excitement and ambition!

First market for the year is a perfect fit…Soul Night Market Brighton, Friday 3rd Jan, on the beach, fingers crossed for a beautiful Summers night. 5-9pm at Green Point, Brighton Beach.

Saturday 4th, at the ever growing popular
Hill and Ridge Community Market in Red Hill, 8am - 2pm. Red Hill Rec. Reserve.

Friday 10th, This market is super exciting, right on the Western Port Foreshore, Soul Night Market Hastings, 5pm - 9pm. Massive grass area to sit, enjoy the music, the food, browse the stalls.


Saturday 18th - Well, this one should be amazing!! It’s Emu Plains Balnarring, however it’s a twilight market!! We all a twilight market! 3pm - 8pm’


Saturday 25th we will be at The 5ifth, Bicentennial Park in Chelsea….being Australia Day weekend, I’m hopeful for a decent turn out.

And to end the month of with a bang, we will be at the Kilcunda Lobster Fest in Kilcunda!! This event is huge!! We would love to see you there!

A wonderful event at Grand Opening of Lifestyles Community - Cowes. Such a luxurious venue.

Our magnificent chefs, Michael Demagistris and Ryan James crafted beautiful mignonettes, Max’s Morello Cherry and Chive and Samphire and Chive. They were a taste sensation!! Thank you!
