Last night was absolutely iconic!

Massive thank you to TonixMusic, PASH and Sexy-As-S**t for putting on a cracking show, Globe Hotel for hosting us, and General Admission Entertainment for bringing this excellent line-up to town.

Special mention to our superhero sound-guy James for stepping up at the 11th hour and being so good to work with.

Biggest thanks go out to everyone who bought a ticket, showed up, and helped us blow the roof off the place 🙏

To celebrate the release of "It's Been a While" and "Apprentice Tradie" Mt Gambier's premier party punks GERNZ will be taking the stage at the North Gambier Football Club on Friday the 21st of February.

There they will be joined by openers Corduroy, and The Short Sleeves, with Sexy-As-S**t providing vibes for the afterparty.

This is going to be a high energy show from start to finish, and sounds like a pretty good excuse to let your hair down on a Friday night and support some great local acts.

Tunes on Tap is in full swing this Sunday the 19th at the Woolstore Brewery!

This weekend is set to be another absolute cracker. I've managed to snag Therapy Music Duo, Narelle and Dee (thank you Deanne, the people's guitarist), and Bree Hansen, aka, B's live music! 💃

You know the drill at this stage! Its three hours, it's three acts, it's one afternoon of enjoying some of the best live music the region has to offer!

So excited to announce that Cave City Promotions has teamed up with Bay Festival Port MacDonnell for 2025!

It is an honour to be able to help bring together another amazing community event. Featuring a massive line-up of local and interstate entertainment such as Junkyard Beats, Medium Rhiannon Rose, S***f Puppets, Suedan, and Rhyley McGrath with many more to be announced!

There's also gonna be helicopter flights, roving entertainers, market stalls, local breweries and food-stalls, educational sessions with Boandik Elder Ken Jones, and endless activities for the kids to enjoy.

Wooohooo!

First show of the new year all booked in. Come on down to the Woolstore Brewery on Sunday the 5th of January for something a little fresh!

Featuring TF & JC (Thomas Foote and Josh Cutting), DNR (Deanne and Rochelle), and Dom Gertners.

Tom and Josh are both incredibly talented young men, and I've seen them both do their things individually and am so excited to see what they can do together.

Deanne and Rochelle are both seasoned performers and always put on a great show... Deanne is actually my old guitar teacher (shout-outs 😎👉👉).

And I just wanna do a little spiel on Dom!

He approached me at the last Tunes on Tap to enquire about playing a show and I said "Yeah for sure, send me through a video of what you do and we'll have a chat."

Well... he sent me through a video of him nailing "Die With a Smile" by Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars and I was absolutely blown away. Never hit that "Hell yeah dude" response so quickly.

THIS is why I run this show and this is why I started this whole operation. There are so many talented musicians in this town who just need an opportunity to get their feet wet... And I'm the puddle... Or something.

Worst metaphor ever? Maybe.

Here it is!!! Our first in a series of exciting announcements. Mount Gambier's sexiest band, Sexy-As-S**t will be supporting PASH and TONIX on the Mt Gambier leg of the Sunny Soundsystem tour.

"TONIX & PASH announce nine-date, co-headline 'Sunny Soundsystem' tour along S.A. & Victoria's south coast.
The tour is presented by General Admission Entertainment. Two shows are co-presented with award winning regional touring festival, Space Jams, and all supported by our mates at Pirate Life Brewing.

The two bands will be swapping headline duties nightly on the jaunt that takes in nine cities and towns between Port Adelaide, South Australia and Mornington, Victoria. The shows take-over traditional and non-traditional music venues (from surf clubs to pubs, breweries to coffee shops) and 10 supports acts will join the bills throughout the tour.

Two of the Victorian shows (Mornington and Torquay) will raise money and awareness for Ocean Mind – the surf coast not-for-profit that enriches people’s mental health, relationships and potential through surfing."

Tunes on Tap @ Woolstore Brewery, 22nd of December!

We've got another great line-up for you with a very special feature:

Alison Newman - Vocalist will be performing her new EP "Wolf" in full! This amazing little album has been on high rotation at 5GTR FM Community Radio and I'm so excited to be learning accompaniment to bring it to life on the day!

We'll also have an appearance from Hunter N Scout, who are going to be sharing a great collection of covers with their characteristic bluegrass flavour.

And lastly Stephen Esnouf Music (hey, that's me!) will be wrapping up the day with a selection of covers and originals. On top of all that, we've all chosen our favourite Christmas songs and will be bringing you some holiday cheer to send off the year with a smile! So, once you've finished up your last little bit of present shopping (surely you haven't left it to the last minute 👀), come on down to the Woolstore to enjoy an afternoon of beer, friends, laughs and music ❤️🎄⭐

Hey everybody,

My name is Stephen Esnouf, founder of Cave City Promotions. I have been floating around the Mount Gambier scene for the last fifteen years in many different capacities. You may have seen me in my early years drumming for death-metal band No Heroes Here or guitaring for pop-punk legends The Skategoats. Maybe we met strumming with Blue Lake Ukulele Ensemble, or I helped fix your busted guitar at Dale Cleves Music. Did you attend a workshop or open mic we organised with Mount Gambier Youth Music Project in 2014? Are you one of the students who attended my creativity and songwriting workshops at Cardijn College in Adelaide? Maybe you went to 2024's Battle of the Bands at the Woolstore Brewery! Perhaps you've heard Bronte and myself bring you the latest and greatest local music every Tuesday night on Tuesday Night Live at 5GTR... Or maybe you've just seen me busking out the front of the supermarkets on the weekends and are thinking "Wait, I thought he was homeless?"

Long story short, my life revolves around music. It's an honor and a privilege to launch this promotions company with the support and guidance of Music SA. I wear the "awkward artist" hat much more comfortably than I wear the "entrepeneur" hat, so the next few months will be a big learning experience for me but, rest assured, whether you are an artist or a venue my aim with this project is to make life easier for YOU!

There are big announcements to come but, for now, I figured a formal introduction was due! Thank you to everybody who has reached out with congratulations and offers of support, this has been a huge week and I'm blown away by the energy and love coming my way!
