Noosa Arts Theatre invites you to experience this award-winning comedy that blends the charm of the 1950s with the challenges of modern life.

SYNOPSIS:

Judy and Johnny are living their dream – a life filled with vintage clothes, retro furniture, and traditional gender roles. But as they dive deeper into their 1950s fantasy, the realities of the 21st Century begin to break through their idyllic facade.

With Johnny’s new boss shaking things up, the rising cost of living challenging their ‘50s budget, and Judy’s mother reminding them of what the real 1950s were like, their perfect world starts to crack. Can Judy hold onto her dream, or will the modern world force its way in?
