Carter’s 1st Birthday 🦁👑

Stellar Events Planning was lucky to have been asked to help out a busy Mum who wanted to have a Lion King event for her son Carter.
We helped by organising and sourcing all the decorations and sending all the decorations to her door step (as she chose to set up the event space herself).

this busy Mum, purchased the D.I.Y Event Planning Package which was perfect for what she needed!

recently divorced and want to celebrate? 💔💍
here’s an idea, have a Divorce Party, what a good way to officially end things with a celebration that the knot is UNTIED 🥂

everything was sourced through Stellar Events Planning, from the napkins to balloons to all the desserts and cutlery.
we had a plan, and followed through with it and it turned out spectacular! our plan consisted of colours, wishes for cake flavours and theme, and we pulled it together with a lot of magic. ✨

I thought I would introduce myself after some time and a lot of enquiries!!
so hi, I’m Tiegan, and I’m the face behind Stellar Events Planning ✨

event planning has been something I’ve been passionate about for a very long time, from helping come up with ideas for my family’s birthday events, to organising my own birthdays, to then becoming a mum and organising my own baby shower and for the years to follow my sons birthdays, event planning is my passion and I LOVE it ✨
I love having a vision, and bringing it to life tenfold.
I love everything about it … looking for and ordering the decorations, thinking about how to set up all the decorations and food tables, contacting suppliers, finding flowers, putting all the plates and cutlery on the table .. like I mean EVERYTHING ABOUT IT I LOVE.

my fiancé Michael, has been on my back for several years encouraging me to start up a business in event planning, but I always laughed it off and never did it, until my daughter passed away and I wanted to honour her memory in ever way I could, I started brainstorming ideas of what I could do, and well, the rest is history I guess because here we are!

the stress of organising events is paramount, I know first hand especially if you’re busy working or have your hands full with children and I guess life in every aspect is crazy now days, so in opening my small business, I wanted to help assist families that want these magical events, by taking some stress off them by planning some part if not all of their event, working together to build a vision and bring it to life for whatever event it may be.

my goal is to bring smiles and excitement to families hosting and attending the event, take stress of the client organising the event in any way possible I can and to be a part of helping create a magical event for our loved one.
I love celebrating, and I want you to love it also.

I hope we can help create magic together one day 💛✨

Thursday January 25th 2024, Lainey’s fairwell 🩷☀️🌷💜🌼🦋🩵🌸💛🌈💫🕊️🧡💚👼🏼⭐️🌹💐

one of the HARDEST things we have had to do, was organise / arrange a send off for our daughter who passed away January 12th 2024 after arriving into the world January 2nd 2024.

her life was beyond brief, and she didn’t experience it in the ways we imagined, but when faced with having to organise her send off, we knew for certain, we didn’t want to sit in a random funeral home, sit in the front row watching photos and videos of her 10 days of living (in the hospital) show on the tv screens, say goodbye to her in a stuffy room which would bring a lot more sadness.
no matter what, her send off was going to be heartbreaking.
But for her, our precious daughter who touched us in ways we didn’t think was possible, we wanted to send her off to her next life in the most beautiful way possible.

our vision for her send off was the ocean (as that was significant to us pre-conception and during pregnancy), sunshine, a LOT of bright colourful flowers surrounding her and around us all as well as to place on her to say goodbye, bubbles to blow up to the sky for her as we said our final fairwell, a few chosen photos to display of her and people who attended to be in ONLY colourful clothes .. and that is exactly what happened.
the day was sad, but it was beautiful.
over looking the ocean, birds flying over us as we blew bubbles into the sky, sooo many butterflies flying around.
our baby girl, getting sent off on the most beautiful peaceful way we could’ve ever imagined surrounded by the most loving and caring family and friends.

we arranged for her send off to be on a lookout (which we regularly attend and call it ‘Lainey’s Lookout’) which was by the ocean, on a beautiful patch of green grass, the ocean breeze and sunshine, with flowers surrounding the path to where she laid, flowers surrounding her beautiful casket a gorgeous soft gentle celebrant talking on behalf of us, photos from .photography to help capture Lainey’s send off and help to make all this possible with

things like this can be impossible to families to think about / organise, whether it’s for somebody whose 80 or somebody who is 8, send offs / funerals are not easy.
so if there ever comes a time where this is something you’re faced with, Stellar Events Planning can help you, create something beautiful amongst the heartache of saying goodbye.

These will be filled with delicious range of crackers, cupcake, fairy bread, cheese, cabana, range of fruit, option between a yoghurt pouch or jelly, option between a juice box or chocolate milk and bubbles. 🧁🍓🫧

we can always remove items if you know your child won’t eat certain things (example, a box was created for a 4 year old who doesn’t eat fruit).
