An oldie but a goodie 😋😋

Penang curry chicken

Serves 4
Prep: 10mins
Cooking 20mins

Ingredients
600gm chicken breast, diced
1 x 400ml can coconut milk or cream
1/2 jar red curry paste
2 teaspoons fish sauce
1 heaped tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons peanut butter

METHOD;
1. In a nonstick frypan lightly spray with oil, on medium heat. Add paste and chicken. Making sure paste covers chicken. Fry off until slightly cooked.
2. Add remaining ingredients and stir through until well combined.
3. Leave to simmer for 10-15mins mins on low heat.
4. Add broccoli or vegetables of choice closer to the end.
5. Divide between bowls and serve with rice or vegetables

Still taking orders on a smaller scale. Unfortunately no longer have the shop front for walk ins but located in a small space close by to get orders done.
