I learnt how to make 3 different chop suey with beef pork and chicken from 3 different Islands thanks to my poly inlaws :D than I mix and match to get the perfect flavours. Adding con- Fusion to the pot is what Hooked on Kai Fusion-Onsite/Off-site Catering services is all about ;)
This vid- A sad occassion.our mate died so I made chicken chop suey in the back yard..actually did alot of backyard cooking .
Couldn't find my cooking scissors to cut the vermicelli. Nek minut the spinner is using it to ...chop..chop..chop..!!

I've added lots of different ingredients to my stuffing mixes..
For Trisha's fundraiser, (when no-one was around) @@ I added the norm mixed herbs than diced red capsicum & carrots giving the dish flavour and color.
My mum she likes dicing up tinned apricot and adding the juice..it's delish!
