Traditional burnt sugar steamed puddings like our Nana's made at the marae..and Hooked on Kai Fusion-Onsite/Off-site Catering services steamed puddings with a twist..
Starting with Banoffee steamed puddings
Chocolate and berry steamed puddings etc..
Il be able to do bulk too for larger functions.
What an exciting venture. Love it when images ideas pop up..watch this space!!

did a lot of corporate marae catering contracts as a sole Chef. This one, my famz helped out 💓
This one was hosted on our marae-Taniwha Marae I te Waikato .
I was hired by the Waikato regional council. Jacinda was suppose to attend but her signatories came instead.
They were delighted with the kai Maori. Some tasting cultural foods for the first time.
It was an honour.
Done heaps of marae corporate functions as well as work with navy army civvy chef's. I love it!! Rustic, homestyle!! Fresh, affordable..tasty.

Matata- in the middle of Tauranga & whakatane..the best thing I loved staying there wasn't just the beach life and pub @@ lolz nah, we'd go Maketu and grab boxes of their pies..espesh when the kids were with me..butter chicken steak & mushroom mince & cheese..you feeling it? Lolz when we moved to Whakatu aka Nelson I was greatful to score a job at Sutter's..Katrina she had the best pies in Nelson..they were so good she sold them for $17 each lolz.

Yes I'm making pies ..no the filling is not mine..I use the bosses fish chowder..it's delish!
One of my goals for hooked on Kai fusion is to create & sell my own pies with my own flavors like the seafood chowder pies chunky steak, paua & mushroom, whitebait quiche..ggg! Mutton/ spinach Mediterranean flavors...hmm..

Morena Loyal followers from here and back home :D As this is my first name for like..forever And because I am wanting to re-launch my catering business..Aaaand as a Maori wahine I believe in tradition. The tradition of giving..it's a way of refilling my..ngakau. Like a good cup of expresso to get you going for the day... Anyhu . I'm gifting 2 of these boxes. If you know anyone who lives in Perth that's after a sugar rush lolz It's a a bit of a mix..red velvet, mnm biscuits choc scrunch, dessert blueberry muffins choc muffins oil based..they have to be picked up by lunch time..will message with addy.. Samoan kai shop in Canning Vale Markets .the flavours were deeeelish! I even ate all the fat with the Hinu coming off the corned beef lolz..

Quite pleased with the Sweet potato -kumara Rewena bread and that chicken broth.. Omgg.. getting cold now..makariri. Time to spice this page up abit..combat the winter germs.. You all enjoy the rest of your morning/ day/night...

I learnt how to make 3 different chop suey with beef pork and chicken from 3 different Islands thanks to my poly inlaws :D than I mix and match to get the perfect flavours. Adding con- Fusion to the pot is what Hooked on Kai Fusion-Onsite/Off-site Catering services is all about ;) This vid- A sad occassion.our mate died so I made chicken chop suey in the back yard..actually did alot of backyard cooking . Couldn't find my cooking scissors to cut the vermicelli. Nek minut the spinner is using it to ...chop..chop..chop..!! This meal fed 40-50 ppl that day.

It's alive!! Day 2 just fed it Kumara (orange sweet potato bug) see what it looks like tomorrow..

Sent from bboys phone ..I seriously need to upgrade mine .. These platters are very very large.. Seafood chowder, grilled crayfish Mornay, Chilli mussel hot pot, fish & chips for bboys bday.

Making the stuffing- and your mate tells you what not to add! You think I'm going to listen?? :D I've added lots of different ingredients to my stuffing mixes.. For Trisha's fundraiser, (when no-one was around) @@ I added the norm mixed herbs than diced red capsicum & carrots giving the dish flavour and color. My mum she likes dicing up tinned apricot and adding the juice..it's delish! What's your fave add on to stuffing ;)
