RE//PERTH has been buzzing with activity, filling our cold winter days with warmth and excitement!

Heyder & Shears is proud to partner with this unique new festival by & Tourism WA to provide catering support for key events & daily food offerings at the RE//BIRTH venue. 🍽️

The program has featured amazing events such as The Mirror, daily events and activities at the RE//BIRTH space, and special events like RE//Vined, a wine journey paired with canapés by Heyder & Shears. 🍷

Our journey at the RE//BIRTH venue concludes this weekend with thrilling shows like The Grooveyard Shift tonight and Y3K tomorrow night, along with the final RE//Vined wine journeys paired with our canapés. Final tickets are now on sale!

Food, food glorious wholesome food! What a feast curated by . It was such a pleasure bringing this menu to life. From Smokey Beef Jerky to BBQ Lamb, Lemon Myrtle & Mountain Pepper Leaf Charcoal Chicken, and Charred Cucumbers with Lemon Myrtle & Soured Cream!!! Plus, so much more. Cooking over open coals and allowing the flavors to infuse with the open fire was an absolute delight!

Mid West Paddock to Plate presented by Mid West Ports Authority was an outstanding evening with special guest Matt Moran leading the kitchen. The evening took place at Yanget Farm as part of Shore Leave Festival which celebrates food, culture & adventure in the Midwest each April.
