This love story began like many these days: on a dating app, where Zoe’s Taj Mahal photo sparked days of effortless conversation. Beth took a leap and suggested they meet, but when Covid ruined their plans, she pivoted to a cuppa over Zoom for the most memorable first date. A week later Zoe and Beth met at Mr Walker’s in South Perth, both so organised they’d each booked a table!

A core memory was a 10-hour adventure neither of them expected - having oysters for the first time, a slightly awkward (but now treasured) photo from a waitress, laser tag, rollerblading and dinner. On that same date every year, Zoe and Beth return to Mr Walker’s to honour where it all began. 🤍✨

An unexpected connection sparked when fate placed these two both arriving early to a Year 11 science class, and a bit of forced small talk about a Macbeth play ensued. 🤭

Soon after, a friend cheekily asked Claudia who she’d say yes to for the Year 12 ball, and she said Josh! Nek minut, he’d taken the leap and asked her to go with him - and for her number. Their first date was a classic high-school outing to the movies, shops and food court, where Claudia shared her love for Justin Bieber and made Josh promise to watch ‘Never Say Never’ in exchange for her watching his favourite film, ‘500 Days of Summer’. Josh was star-struck as they bonded over K-pop and gaming, but there was a big secret… Claudia wasn’t into gaming at all. 😅

Twelve years, plenty of memories and countless laughs later, here we are. Congratulations to you, Claudia and Josh! 💕

The vision for this wedding day was a beautiful,
brightly coloured spring garden party where all
their loved ones come together and have fun, and that’s exactly what it was! 🌸

After opening with a reading from Kailan’s sister, we flashed back to those days at Coconut Club over a decade ago, where Cathryn and Kailan spent countless Saturday nights with friends. Four years later, fate brought them together again at the Associates Rugby Club. Cathryn, an AFL fan, took a few strategic strolls past Kailan to catch his eye, and it worked! They shared their first kiss that night, and a first date followed the following week at Juanita’s - Cathryn fashionably late after a quick stop for some liquid courage at the Subi Hotel. Cheers to you, lovebirds! 🥂

This love story started on the dancefloor of Paramount Nightclub. Aimee only had eyes for her friends, until one of them pointed out Dylan’s charm… and abs 😏 One dance led to another and before long, Aimee was giving Dylan a piggyback across the Horseshoe Bridge in heels to win a bet! From there came 90s singalongs at Capital, a cheeky kiss goodnight, and the exchange of numbers.

The first date was full of near-misses and chaos. Dylan had a broken phone, so they spent nearly an hour searching different ends of Perth Station for each other! He later messaged the wrong Aimee on Facebook, but thanks to her persistence and a little social media detective work, they finally reconnected for good. The rest as they say, is history ❤️
