Just a reminder next week (Wk 37) menu was published last week - and we have extended the order closing time till tomorrow Sat, 9th Sept 11pm.

And GOOD news!!! We are opening up N.O.R next week!!
So the following applies for both N.O.R & S.O.R region:

Delivery time : Tues & Thurs (between 1-5pm)
Delivery fees : $8 per trip

Note we have made some changes to our existing coverage in alignment with our current operations. Delivery location is still subject to acceptance - kindly check prior to place order)

You will be seeing sushi added into our menu in the coming weeks ahead 😍😍😍 Our chef has spent considerable amount of time investing in his skill & knowledge learning to make sushi, which u can expect variety of choices in our future catering menu 🍙🍘🍙🍘

I know I have kids that loves sushi for his pack lunch (he will be thrilled) - consider buying it for your kids dinner or healthy pack lunch !!😍🥰

⚠️TheShepherds_Kitchen Catering Rules 101⚠️

Doing this post for all of our customers as a kind reminder 😎

All meals prepared by us are chilled prior to delivery for safety & health reasons. It is imperative that you prepare these equipment regardless whether you are at home/not at home:

💁‍♀️ Appropriate size esky / Styrofoam cooler box
✅️As our meals are packed stacked, depending the volume of your order - it is preferably to prepare a 25L capacity MIN size esky to contain the food you ordered, with icepacks in it.
❎️With spring/summer around the corner, try to avoid cooler bags as they don't quite retain the cold temperature to keep your food safe, unless you have 3 or 4 heavy duty icepacks inside.

💁‍♀️Heavy Duty Icepacks
✅️Type: Gel based icepacks preferred. They don't melt as fast as the water based ones.
✅️Size: Big ones 😂
✅️Qty: MIN 2 pc. So they keep each other 'cold' & don't melt as fast.
❎️We don't recommend water based icepacks especially if you are not home the whole day. They melt prob within 2 hours when sun is up..
❎️Kids lunchbox icepack is not preferred too :p

All deliveries moving forward will be a drop off basis, therefore appreciate esky/cooler box/icepacks are in place 🙏

Hello beloved customers!!!

Feels like this is long time coming...but we made it back !!
Thank you all, for allowing us to take the long needed break, and cheering for us in our come-back 🥰

We are taking a step-by-step approach as we return, so menu launched for Week 36 & Week 37 will only be applicable for S.O.R customers only 😎

S.O.R Delivery time : Tues & Thurs (between 1-4pm)
S.O.R Delivery fees : $8 per trip

⚠️Note: Please take note of the closing date on the pricing menu. Any orders after closing date will not be accepted.

As for N.O.R customers, kindly bear with us till we are able to streamline our internal operations. We hope to resume this region in few weeks time. Keep a close eye in this space for update:)

There are few changes in the coming weeks as we roll out our catering ops, appreciate all bearing with us.

Man...this Beef Panang Curry taste superrrr divine...🤤🤤🤤
The taste is definitely distinguishable from our last week's Beef Massaman Curry 💖 The lime leave..the bamboo shoot...the spices....i don't know how to describe😂Gone rusty in my FB post description 😅

Last week's Wed menu pairing of Sweet & Sour Pork and Beef Massaman Curry was such a hit that we had to decline few orders... (sorry!!) So we thought of putting something similar again in this week's menu which was Marmite Chicken & Beef Panang Curry but the orders for today's beef curry was very manageable🤣🤣🤣 oh well all goes to my tummy hehe....

Current status update:
We praise God we made it today 🙌🙌
Despite all the chaos in the kitchen..with chef almost forgetting the recipe..and worrying whether the portioning for the total quantities is enough...plus multitasking...and now worrying if deliveries can be made on time... thank God there is more than enough to portion, and the taste was excellent 🙏 now waiting the beef M curry to chill, to pack, to load, and to deliver.....

The reason for delay... Beef massaman curry still cooking in the midst of fixing all ytd kitchen dramas...hubby was very stressed earlier not sure how to come up with this curry (earlier he said he forgotten the recipe which scare me) Now he say ichiban...sorry guys need to wait for this to be cooked to perfection... still in kitchen not even close to packing & loading😱😅

This was the cause of our delay today... our Nyonya Assam Fish dish lol. Hubby had to re-cook a brand new pot of Nyonya Assam gravy after the 1st pot was burnt...😱😱 We went into stress mode of course and had to run out to the shops in the midst of chaos and get all the ingredients despite nearing the delivery hour lol. Unfortunately one ingredient we could not get was the torch ginger flower to perfect the dish... nonetheless it still turn out well and manage to deliver all before 5pm despite the mad rush 😅😅 Hope you guys enjoy your dinner tonight with added rice !!
