The successful applicant should possess the following:
- The ability to work flexible hours including weekends,
- Certificate 3 in Floristry and retail (experience is preferred),
- Exceptional eye for detail
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A passion for floristry and a strong understanding and knowledge of flowers and flower care
- Quality customer service skills
- Must hold a current driver’s license (manual preferred)
Position: Florist, certificate 3 qualification. Full time position for the right candidate.
Location: Pittsworth, events in the Darling Downs region.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create stunning floral arrangements for events, corporate designs and general floristry.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and creativity in all floral designsl
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Build strong relationships with clients, meeting their needs, preferences and visions.
- Work cohesively with other staff members.
- Share in all aspects of the everyday running of the business:
• Retail merchandising
• Unpacking stock
• Social media input
•Customer service
• Flower deliveries
• Cleaning
