Gday all!
Just a bit of a heads up that Surmo’s Smoked Bits will be no longer taking bookings for private catering.
We will be finishing all of our current booked and confirmed events for our valued customers.

Amy and Ben will be continuing this business but changing direction to pop up BBQ take away as it’s easier to fit our family life and work schedules.

We’ve loved catering private events but family comes first, keep an eye out for our next pop up BBQ day. The first one went off like a frog in a sock!

Big thanks to everyone who’s shown support, booked an event or even just said G’day!

We’ve had a bloody awesome first couple of days, plenty of jobs on so you’ll for sure see some cooks in the near future!

Setting up locally this weekend for a private social club event but keep those eyeballs peeled, you’ll never know when we might pop up 😂

G’Day guys! Ben & Amy here from Surmo’s Smoked Bits! We have officially launched our catering business right here in Port Augusta however no place is to far for us to travel for your next event. All catering enquires will now need to be through this page via direct message or email. We still have Ben on the pits, Amy on the salads and all our quality meat from Port Augusta Meat Store.
