Me and my now wife hired the boys at Blackbox studios to film our wedding in Port Douglas. We just wanted to have a bit of a video diary for our day to look back on, and we didn't go in with high expectations.
We met up prior to the wedding to meet each other, and get an understanding of what we wanted and needed from each other to make it work. The catch up was with Shannon and he was immediately so friendly and welcoming, and clearly knew what he was speaking about.

On the wedding day, it was both Shannon and Marty who were filming for us. They were so professional, and were incredibly helpful and complimentary to getting fantastic shots and interactions. Our friends who've seen it said it was cinematic at points which I love. Having them there honestly just felt like extra friends being at our wedding.

The film that was put together for us blew our expectations out by miles, it was such a perfect representation of our day, and because they'd attached microphones to both myself and my wife, they were able to add in very meaningful words that were spoken that aided in making a heartfelt, beautiful film that I've already watched multiple, multiple times.

Seriously, couldn't imagine not getting a videographer for our day after seeing the film.

We've been down the beach for the past couple of mornings A) because its been amaaaaaaazing and B) because we're getting some practice in for our first sunrise wedding.
