🌸 As a woman that is passionate about women's health, I've noticed that we often prioritise everyone else's needs over our own. We become mums, wives, and so much more, and our own health takes a back seat. But it's time to change that! 💁‍♀️

Recently, I had a bit of a scare when I discovered a lump on my breast. I knew I couldn't ignore it and took action immediately. One thing I've learned is that silence won't save us—knowledge and early detection will. 🩺

Here's a valuable piece of information I want to share: Breast screenings aren't just for those over 50. If you're 40 or older, you can get a free screening too! Don't wait for a letter in the mail, take the proactive step and schedule your screening. It might be slightly uncomfortable, but those 15 minutes can make a world of difference in catching any issues early. 💗

Happy Mother's Day to all the Mums in our community.
I just wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for allowing me to serve as the MC for the Mother's Day Classic. It was an absolute honor to be a part of such an inspiring event and to witness the incredible strength and resilience of the survivors and their families in our community.

As I stood on that stage and heard the stories of survival and hope, I was reminded of the power of community and the importance of coming together to support each other. It was truly a humbling experience to be able to share in this moment with so many amazing people on such a special day.

I want to thank you for entrusting me with this role and for providing me with the opportunity to connect with others in such a meaningful way. It was a privilege to be a part of this event, and I look forward to the possibility of doing more events again in the future.
