A little update on how the garden is going. We are having a hot, super dry summer and we are trying to keep up with the watering, I'd give my right arm to have some irrigation put it but im going to have to wait for a lotto win i think.🤔😭 besides that it's not going too bad, I've lost a couple of plants and the pumpkin and zucchinis leaves are a bit crispy but im still getting fruit from them. I'm praying for rain but it all seems to be missing us 😔
On the weekend I made a chilli tomato paste cause we have loads of them! and I dehydrated the skins and seeds to make a powder, I used about 2 kgs of tomatoes 🍅 to get 1 small jar of paste but it was worth it in the end because it's absolutely delicious and spicy 😋 🌶🌶 needless to say ill be making more very soon.
Ok well hope everyone stays cool, it's going to be a stinka here in Portland today 🥵
