Monday the 23rd December- Zeehan, Strahan, Linda and Gormanston.
Tuesday the 24th December- Queenstown
Wednesday 25th December- no rubbish pick up
Thursday 26th December- Rosebery / Tullah as normal

The Rosebery Heritage Centre is absolutely delighted to announce that they have successfully applied to funding for 18 days of support in collections management in 2025 through the Roving Curator funding round.

The Roving Curator program gives museums, galleries and collections access to Arts Tasmania’s museum professionals for up to 25 days in the year.

The Roving Curators are a team of skilled and knowledgeable museum and cultural heritage professionals based in Launceston. Who will provide training and knowledge for our volunteers to ensure our collection is displayed and stored correctly and to its best advantage.

The Rosebery Heritage Centre will be closed over the Christmas period to allow our volunteers time to relax and spend time with their loved ones. We will close at 2pm this Friday the 13th December and reopen on Monday January 6th.

Have a safe and happy holiday, we will see you all again in the new year.

Rosebery Residents.... in your mailboxes with your Western Echo this week you will receive a voucher for our Community Christmas Event! TULLAH residents you can collect yours from the Tullah Post Office....Bring this voucher with you to the Santa tent on Sunday 15th and we will exchange it for food and drink tickets for every member of your household. This will allow you to get a FREE meal, drink and a dessert from our food vans for free. You must have all of your household with you to receive their tickets. They will only given to those who are present at the time. We would like to thank MMG for their support in funding this for us.

The Fairy Floss King and the Snow Cone Queen will be outside the Rosebery Op Shop (the old post office) on Christmas eve from 2-4pm, giving away FREE fairy floss and snow cones to the kids!! How amazing is that!
