Only one sleep left until the Rosewood Family Fun Day - Pool Party - Jan 25 doors open at 9am. Bring sunscreen and plenty of drinking water. There will be a little bit of free fruit provided for the kids. The kiosk will be open if you want to buy any food or drinks.

There will be three structured competition/activities throughout the morning:
* 10am bomb diving activity
* 10.30am salti boards activity
* 11.00am kicking relay race

There will be life guards on duty, but all children need to be supervised by an adult.
Conditions of entry to the pool:
* Max of 300 people in the pool at any one time
* All entries must wear a wristband( THIS MUST BE WORN THE ENTIRE TIME YOU ARE AT THE VENUE)
* No Food or drink is to be bought in to the venue without the permission of management
* Children 5yrs and under MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT OVER 18YRS OF AGE and MUST STAY WITHIN 1.2m OF THAT ADULT IN AND OUT OF THE POOL See less

What a great way to end the year on. We did miss those wonderful volunteers that were unable to join us, but those that did make it all said they enjoyed the garden/pool party. What an amazing group of people. Volunteers are the ones who turn up each week to help RADSc Management Committee and Staff to ensure all our programs and groups are meeting the needs of Rosewood and the surrounding rural areas of Ipswich 🥰

The Rosewood Community Centre will still be accessible to those in need through the Christmas period in a limited capacity. If you are in need of support or food from 23rd of Dec - 6th of Jan (excluding public holidays) please reach out to book an appointment between 9am -3pm by messaging us or calling the community centre number on 07 54641544. The Walloon Community Welcome Hub is on this again this Wednesday. On the first Wednesday of the month Rosewood Community Centre brings Walloon extended services and support. Drop into the CWA - Walloon from 9am -11.30am to access FREE services and support in Aged and Disability Advocates NDIS navigation and support as well as individual support alongside the weekly JP signing service.
