This pair of sliders look good enough to eat! Sink your teeth into these scrumptious smoked BBQ pulled beef sliders. The meat is soft and tender and flavoured with our house-made BBQ sauce and served with pickles, cheese and lettuce. Always a crowd pleaser!

Beef sliders to go! Did you know we hand-smoke our meats ourselves using an American off-set smoker BBQ? This makes our pulled meat succulent and flavoured with a nice smokey taste - you can really notice the difference!

Mouth-watering deliciousness right here! 👌 It's pork belly caramelised to perfection with char siu sauce, served with crunchy coleslaw, kewpie and a pickle on a Baker Boy's milk slider bun. Nothing more needs to be said but "Yum!"

Weekend catering & events 🍔👨🍳
This is today's delicious lunch catered by us in Cheltenham. Last night both vans were out catering a wedding at the fabulous Peacock Estate in Tyabb and an end-of-year work party in Rye. On Friday we delivered platters to Capel Sound and attended a primary school fair at Balcombe Grammar in Mt Martha. It's a busy but fun time of the year, with good vibes all round 🥳

These were ordered for a party tonight along with boxes of Korean BBQ pork & smoked pulled beef sliders.

Weddings are what we do best! This little red & white van can come to yours, serve up a delicious feast of your favourite sliders & fries and look pretty in the background. Here we are at one of our favourite venues for L&D's wedding that we catered back in September.
