Thanks to Rhiannon & Dean for having us out at Cape Horn to cater your wedding today.

& with that, the last onsite catering for Smokin' Good's Barbecue for the foreseeable future.
After a lot of thought and a difficult decision, the trailer is on the market. Nothing dire, don't stress.

We've been in touch with future bookings, but it's time to let the masses know!
But.
FEAR NOT!
We will still be capable of supplying our pre-cooked, ready to reheat and eat meat to get ya'll barbecue fix for any ol' occasion, with plans of fabricating a new cooker in the pipes.

On behalf of Jess, Tom & myself, I'd like to extend my thanks and sincere gratitude to everyone one who made it what it was over the last 6 years. Employees, suppliers and most of all customers.

Hey everyone!

I wanted to let you all know about a special opportunity to book our beautiful wedding venue for 2023. For a limited time, anyone who books prior to the end of January will get in at the current pricing of $10k for 2 nights or $13k for 3 nights. This is a great deal as we will be raising our prices for any bookings after January 2023.

Our venue is an incredible place for a wedding, with accommodation, ceremony, and reception areas all on one site. If you or anyone you know is looking to get married in 2023, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for more information.

A cheers to a solid effort with a well deserved icecream to finish the day off in front of a sold out menu!!
She was a weekend and a half!

Saturday night we said congratulations to Alex & Pete on their wedding at Paddock at Ulupna and treated their guests to Brisket, chicken, buffalo wings and pork ribs with all the sides to match!

After very little sleep we backed it up at the Finley Show Society Inc. Show to feed the masses and boy did they show up with another SOLD OUT slapped up on the board!!! Cracker effort by the committee & thanks to the punters for getting around Jess and I on an already great show day!

Massive thanks to Mikaela Rathbone of 𝑀𝑖𝑎 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑀𝑒 𝐻𝑎𝑛𝑑𝑚𝑎𝑑𝑒 for jumping on the tools for the weekend and riding shotgun with me into the early hours to make it possible!

Meat on Melville are looking for a qualified retail butcher and an apprentice.

We are also looking for someone to be a friendly face for our front of shop to assist with serving and small jobs. The individual that fits this job will be working up to a 38 hour week. However, flexibility on hours can be discussed.
