I REMEMBER AS A KID me and grandma on the weekends making
Chips I like them goldie brown then a quick spritz of brown vinegar
Or onion vinegar on the cool down that way they don't go soggy .
Now Weekends cook ups testing out nibbles with good friends same Chips but we dust them with our favourite dry rubs the flavour is wicked
