Yeriyappa is a traditional Karnataka sweet made from rice flour, jaggery, and coconut, deep-fried to create a golden, crispy shell with a soft, chewy center.

Sunday Brunch - Paav Bhaji

The most flavoursome and hearty meal with cauliflower, tomatoes🍅, green capsicum🫑 carrots 🥕 beans and frozen peas . I have used canned tomatoes to get that natural colour.

This is served alongside soft butter 🧈 toasted white and whole meal Rolls, crunchy onions 🧅 and lemon 🍋 wedges

4 cups kadalebele
1 cup udina bele
1/4 cup ghodi
1/4 rice
1 teaspoons ajwain , corriender seeds , jeera , mustard seeds
Dry red chilli as per your taste
Hing & haldi 1/4 teaspoon
Dry roast all the ingredients separately ( apart from hing and haldi) let it cool down completely and then transfer it to the mix jar and turn it into a fine powder . Store it in an airtight container
