Attending River Lights tonight? The Paragon Cafe is open for drinks, quick bites, and their Afghan Nights dinner menu.

The BOSS Empire FoodTruck is serving spiral potatoes, burgers, hot dogs, hot chips, and hot jam donuts (yum!). And warm-up with a coffee and a churro or jam donut from Bowser Bean!

Hangry Monkeys are serving beef or chicken burritos and burrito bowls, nachos, and a warming pumpkin soup.

Fairy Floss Kingdom are here with glowing fairy floss; and Murray Mallee Wood Fired Pizza with piping-hot pizzas.

Tickets are also available from the gate, subject to availability, with EFTPOS only (no cash purchases).
Aim arrive around 10 minutes before your session time. There’s no need to print your tickets. Just show us your QR code on your phone. Please have the phone’s brightness turned up, and the QR code ready to be scanned.
Download the map and enjoy the exhibits at your own pace. A journey through all exhibits can take 45–75 minutes – refreshments are available from a variety of food trucks.

Following the resounding success of the breathtaking River Lights event in 2023, Council is thrilled to announce that tickets are now on sale for the River Lights 2024 – light show experience.

Following closure of entries last night and inspection of track this morning it has become apparent that with low numbers of entries and hazardous conditions to hold a cross country race, this weekends event is not viable.

Ultimately, this decision comes down to our event committee, race officials and our insurer. With entries quite low, we are not in a position to expose ourselves as promoters to the financial risk of delivering an event with a budget that does not cover our expenses. Given the current climate we are unable to shoulder this financial burden.

All entries will be fully refunded through ridernet by the end of this week.

This is through no fault of our own, the landowner & committee have worked tirelessly to organise all things for this event to ensure our riders would have the best experience possible and we are absolutely shattered that we can not deliver an awesome event to everyone who entered.

GNCC is working with the property owner to reschedule for later in the year and we still endeavour to run 3 rounds.

This will mean our next round will be August 3/4 in Coonalpyn SA, with entries opening in two weeks and closing on July 21.

We appreciate your patience and can’t wait to see you all at race day soon, we know this event will change the perception of our off-road community but we can only do that with the support and understanding you guys.
