Hi I’m Kristy

The founder of Little Posers Yoga. And my mission is LOVE.

Little Posers Yoga is born from the infinite love I have for my nieces and my desire to teach them the tools that helped me relieve so much of my own childhood pain and trauma. Can you imagine if when we were kids’ we learned breathing techniques to help us calm our nervous system, how to love ourselves, about good nutrition, exercise and so on?

I want to impact the lives of little people so that they know that they are special, unique and valuable just as they are…and to teach them the growth mindset to become who they want to be.

I have trained with the leading expert on children’s yoga Loraine Rushton from Zenergy yoga. Loraine wrote the Australian standard for children’s yoga and has more than 20 years of experience teaching. I am also a qualified NLP (neuro-linguistic practitioner) and love blending the skills I have learned through yoga, meditation and NLP to create classes that positively impact the lives of my students.
