LOYAL GRAZERS, WE HAVE SOME NEWS!
We are very sad to announce that Miss Figgy will be taking a break from trading.
With the rising cost of goods, the constant threat of some virus or another for my one-woman-band (me) and an increase in other commitments (hello, life), it simply isn’t feasible for Miss Figgy to continue in such a high capacity.
We will still be taking enquiries and will endeavor to continue our grazing table and picnic service, if we have the scope to do so.
This isn’t the end of Miss Figgy. It is an opportunity to take stock and reset, hopefully to come back bigger and better.
This is the current climate for small businesses, especially in the food service industry. Unpredictability in supply costs, stock availability and managing orders amidst illness are just some of the struggles we’ve been grappling with these past six months. And we are by no means alone.
Thank you to all our loyal customers who have helped make our small little business idea into the Miss Figgy we are today…especially the ones who have been with us from the start and have encouraged, supported and spread the word. We will always be extremely grateful.
This is not goodbye, it’s a see you later, alligator.
